Kym’s knowledge of the local market conditions was excellent. He conducted numerous open houses and spoke with a high volume of interested parties. All queries or requests to Kym were dealt with in a timely manner. This was a difficult sale as Kym was dealing with an executor of an estate who in turn was dealing with three beneficiaries. Further complications arose when the Building and Pest report revealed some major issues but he successfully negotiated a contract satisfactory to all parties
