Please pass on to Mr Jolly my sincere appreciation for the more than reasonable increase in the rental amount.   I am very grateful for the lease renewal and the security of having such a beautiful safe home for the puppies and myself. 

I would also like to take the opportunity to advise you that every inspection performed by Georgia has been wonderful,  Georgia is very polite and respectful and it's a pleasure to have her in my home,  she's definitely an asset for the company.
