Our First Impressions, Application Processing and all round Office Administrator is Maddison (Maddy). She quickly became part of the Nxtgen Property family after commencing her role in early 2022.

Maddy is a true blue born and raised Townsville local. All of that local knowledge is put to the test in her roles and becomes very helpful for new tenants and clients to the 'Ville'. Maddy joined the team after 4 year of 5 Star Hotel reception experience which has she has transitioned straight over to Real Estate services and has raised our bar even further. Maddy's customer service is exemplary and we all get to enjoy the spoils of the chocolate boxes received at the front desk.

Maddy also became a fully registered Agent within months of starting her role and has continually gained extra knowledge and attended Property Management training events to expand her Real Estate prowess.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys travelling, baking and taking her 'doggo's down to the beach. Maddy enjoys working with the Nxtgen Property team and assisting tenants source and move into their new 'home'.
