Georgia commenced employment with Nxtgen Property in early 2022 within the Rental Department. Georgia came to us with a predominately Health Care background with exceptionally strong recommendations with her care and attention to detail.

Those strengths have followed through to her new career in Real Estate services. Georgia has progressed from a Trainee position at the very start of her Real Estate journey and once fully certified in only a matter of months she has gone from strength to strength. The training and guidance over the initial period, Georgia has now progressed through to being an outstanding Property Manager and an integral part of the Nxtgen Property Management team.

Georgia is skilled in all aspects of Property Management from the Reception, Applications, Accounts and external Property Manager roles including Routine Inspections, Entry and Exit reports.

She thoroughly enjoys being an altruistic part of the team and certainly a solution seeker. She has mentioned that interacting with Trades, Tenants and Clients is the part of the role that she gains the most enjoyment from along with the further development and training provided at Nxtgen Property.
